SYLVARIONIS Returns Policy

At SYLVARIONIS, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Returns Policy provides you with a hassle-free way to return items.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and custom orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service at [email protected] to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Repackage the item securely with the original receipt and labels.
  3. Label the package with the RMA number and ship it to: 123 Sylvarionis Lane, Springfield, IL 62701, USA.
  4. Keep your postage receipt for your records.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is received, we will ship the new item to you.
